-SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment (usually delivers within 2-4 business days once the package is in their possession).

Shipping is available in all European-Union at this time. We charged a flat 16€ fee for all European shipments outside FRANCE. Shipping within FRANCE is free above 200 euros of purchase, a flat fee of 12 euros is charged under 200 euros. (for FRANCE we use Colissimo).

We provide tracking for all of our packages but we do not guarantee that the tracking number will work to the final destination. Tracking numbers are to be used as a general guide to anticipate delivery date, but occasionally the tracking numbers will not update which may or may not necessarily indicate a problem with the package.

If you feel there is concern with your delivery please e-mail us (here) so we can research and be aware of any potential issue.

-TAXES & DUTIES

Prices on the website are displayed taxes included.

Please note that we only sell and deliver to european countries for the moment, email us (here) for further details.

-SALES & EXCHANGES

Email us (here) to request a return or exchange.

Merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange with all tags attached within 14 days of confirmed delivery as long as the item is in new and unworn conditions. Any altered, hemmed, worn or washed garments/items are ineligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for merchandise returned. 

Sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE and may not be returned. 

If your return request has been approved, please mail the item(s) back to the following address via a trackable shipping option of your choice. Customer accepts all responsibility for return shipments that do not make it back to BLEU BRUT.
